The 2 Bedroom Villa – Resort View comfortably accommodates families and groups with a spacious layout designed for island living. The villa features one king-size Heavenly® Bed in the primary bedroom, one king-size Heavenly® Bed in the guest bedroom, and one queen sleeper sofa in the separate living room. A private furnished balcony or patio overlooks the resort's beautifully landscaped grounds, creating the perfect place to enjoy warm Caribbean breezes after a day exploring the island.

Items to note:
- Coral Vista, Sunset Bay, and Virgin Grand Pool villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 2 to Oct. 26, 2026.
- The Virgin Grand Building 34 will undergo tub replacement from Aug. 22 to Sept. 13, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.
- The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 15 to Nov. 7, 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Islands’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.
- Beginning June, 2026: The property will begin charging transient reservations for parking. On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner reservations and other vacation ownership package reservations.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
