Freshly remodeled and thoughtfully designed, this spacious upper-level retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and room to gather. Whether you`re visiting family, attending a wedding, exploring Utah County, or simply looking for a place to stay together, Upper Grove was created with groups in mind.
Inside, you`ll find bright living spaces, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The open layout makes it easy to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out and relax.
After a day of hiking, sightseeing, sporting events, or visiting loved ones, gather around the firepit, let the kids enjoy the yard, or settle in for a movie night before another day of adventure.

Upper Grove occupies the upper level of the home. A separate basement apartment may be occupied during your stay. The lower unit has its own private entrance and does not share any interior spaces with the upper level.
Traveling with a larger group? Ask about booking Grove Collective, which includes both levels of the property for additional bedrooms, living space, and a second full kitchen.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
