About this house rental
Escape to this private oceanfront retreat, less than an hour from downtown Halifax. Enjoy complete privacy, with only the sound of the waves and seabirds around you. This modern-designed home features breathtaking ocean views, a hot tub, sauna, pool table, and fire pit. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, family vacation, or romantic escape, offering the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal serenity.
On behalf of the team, I would like to personally thank you for trusting us to make your stay memorable for you and your loved ones/friends. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Important Information:
1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day`s charge.
3. Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
General Rules:
1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
3. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
4. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
5. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).
Optional but Appreciated:
While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:
1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.
Final Reminders:
1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, but we are available to help to the best of our ability should anything occur.
3. Assistance: We are here to serve and help, so if you have any questions or needs, just give us a shout!
