The Space:

Nowa Motława SPA 21 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, bright, well-equipped and interestingly arranged. It is distinguished by a great location and an even better view of the river. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. We have prepared 3 separate rooms for their disposition. The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. This room is a kind of extension of the living room. Although we can close it completely at night, during the day it is an ideal place to spend time with family or a group of friends. Additional sleeping space is provided by a sofa in the living room connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. Of course, the apartment has a place for a bathroom. Additional space is a utility room with a washing machine and a balcony. There is also 1 parking space in the underground garage for the apartment.



Guest Access:

A few floors below the apartment there is a gym and a swimming pool with a SPA area. Using it is additionally payable. There is also a parking place in a garage.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into operation a few years ago. The entire investment is located on the Storage Island, which is experiencing a true rebirth. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the old town are its biggest advantages.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
