The space: This 2-story charming family-style farmhouse offers a rustic, spacious retreat with an open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Living Area: floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious gathering space, fireplace, flat screen TV, and a semi-private desk workspace with high-speed internet. Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, serving utensils, wine glasses, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining Room: custom table for 12 in an open floor concept. Master bedroom with TV, workstation, double closets, and sofa bed (upstairs). Guest bedroom 1 with TV, king bed, and workstation (lower level, handicap accessible). Guest bedroom 2 with TV, queen bed (upstairs). Guest bedroom 3 with 4 twin beds (upstairs). A large brick patio with a grill and a fire pit on the back deck for entertaining or relaxing surrounded by nature.
Guest access: Space is accessible through keyless entry with smart locks. The host will send out the code and/or app access instructions for the keypad prior to guest arrival.
Other things to note: Located directly in the heart of Warner Robins/Centerville — 5 minutes to Highway 75 & Buc-ee's, 3 minutes to Walmart and other shopping, 7 minutes to the Air Force base, and 20 minutes to the Fairground. Multiple parking spaces available on the driveway with more available on the street; garage is not for use at this time. Zero-tolerance party and event policy — the City of Warner Robins takes noise disturbances seriously and violations can result in fines and removal from the listing. This home was built in the 1990s; while extensively updated, minor mechanical or maintenance issues associated with a 30+ year old home may occasionally occur and will be addressed promptly.
