A bright, modern farmhouse designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for business travelers, corporate stays, and families. Enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, a cozy living room with a stylish accent wall and sofa bed, and well-sized bathrooms. Each bedroom features a TV, comfortable bed, closet, and dedicated workstation—ideal for both work and relaxation.
The space: Step into a beautifully designed living room with stylish boho decor, comfortable seating, accent chairs, a sofa bed, and a fireplace. Adjacent is a dedicated dining area with a solid wood table seating six. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and all the essentials for cooking and extended stays. Beyond the kitchen is a laundry area and access to the back porch, which opens to a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The home features two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and roomy closet. Two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, smart TVs, and closets. Included amenities: hotel-quality linens & blackout shades, complimentary coffee, bottled water & toiletries, high-speed WiFi throughout, in-unit washer & dryer with supplies, and professional cleaning & maintenance support. Single-level home, driveway parking, no garage.
Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $175 pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles.
