Three bedrooms sleep up to 7: Master Suite with a king bed, premium linens, large walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and smart TV; Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and smart TV. The standout game room includes a home movie theatre, popcorn machine, arcade game machines, and board games. The backyard offers a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of space to relax. Minutes from Robins Air Force Base, the Museum of Aviation, and Rigby's Entertainment Complex/Water World, with easy access to shopping, dining, and Houston Medical Center.
Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, entertainment room, and the spacious backyard with outdoor seating, dining area, and fire pit.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $75 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Entry is via digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in (minimum age to rent: 21). A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitor the property for security only; no interior cameras.
