Welcome to our spacious and comfortable house, the perfect base for families, friends, or colleagues visiting Inverness and the Scottish Highlands. Accommodating up to 5 guests, the property offers three well-appointed bedrooms: one featuring a super king-size bed, a second with two single beds, and a third with a single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.



The entire property is private and exclusively for your use. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals during your stay, a comfortable living room to relax in after a day of exploring, and a bathroom fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower.



The property is all on one level, making it easy to navigate, although there are 3 steps leading up to the front door.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



For those travelling by car, the property benefits from a private driveway with space for up to 3 standard-sized vehicles.



Located in a peaceful residential area of Inverness, the property provides excellent access to many of the city's most popular attractions. Explore the historic Inverness Castle and riverside walks along the River Ness, visit the beautiful Inverness Botanic Gardens, or enjoy shopping and dining in the city centre. The world-famous Loch Ness is only a short drive away, where you can discover stunning scenery, visit Urquhart Castle, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the legendary Nessie. The surrounding Highlands also offer countless opportunities for walking, sightseeing, and outdoor adventures.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
