• Only registered guests staying in the condo are permitted on the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed.
• Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the GulfPoint office with a valid photo ID and reservation confirmation.
• HOA wristbands are required to use all amenities and must be purchased directly from the GulfPoint office upon arrival. Fees vary by season.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times while using the amenities. Lost wristbands are subject to replacement fees charged by the HOA.
• Up to 2 parking permits are included with your stay.
• All vehicles must display a valid GulfPoint parking permit at all times. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles without a visible permit may be ticketed or towed at the owner`s expense.
This condo`s standout feature is its oversized private patio with direct access to the resort amenities, allowing you to enjoy the GulfPoint experience just steps from your door.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children.
• All guests must check in at the GulfPoint office upon arrival to register and obtain wristbands and parking passes. Guests arriving after 5:00 PM must complete registration before 11:00 AM the following morning.
• Wristbands are required to access and use all GulfPoint amenities. HOA wristband fees apply per person, per stay:
Regular Season: $10
Peak Season: $20
Spring Break & Holiday Peak: $35
Children 5 years old and under receive wristbands at no charge.
• A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Trailers, RVs, boats, jet skis, and off-road vehicles are not permitted in the garage.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. No glass containers, smoking, vaping, loud music, or rough play are permitted.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult while using the amenities.
• Do not hang towels or clothing from balcony railings or throw objects from the balcony.
• Any fines, towing fees, damages, or penalties assessed by the GulfPoint HOA due to violations during your stay will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
