The two story cottage is also completely renovated with a brand new kitchen with sit-down counter as well as a new full bathroom and living room space with large L shaped comfy West Elm couch. Sleeping spaces include 1 Queen downstairs and 1 King + 1 Twin bed in the upstairs bedroom (5th total combined bedroom) section of the cottage. New Samsung TVs with streaming on both the first and 2nd floors of the cottage. Wifi is available in the main house, cottage, and backyard.

The kitchen opens to the backyard that more than doubles the living space with six new lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas and tables overlooking the new heated pool (please note the pool closes on Nov 1). Extra-large outdoor dining table with two long benches + chairs and huge umbrella complements the Weber gas grill for amazing outdoor dining. Roast marshmallows with your own fire pit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. Relax to music with mounted outdoor speakers that are compatible with Spotify, bluetooth, and other music streaming while sitting on a large outdoor couch. Round game table, cornhole, and life-size Jenga complete the backyard fun. This home has just undergone a complete down-to-the-studs renovation and has been newly furnished throughout and landscaped on the outside with all West Elm outdoor furniture.

The prime south-of-the-highway location is moments to the ocean, Georgica pond for kayaking / stand-up paddleboard , and village shops and restaurants.

You are biking and walking distance to both Main Beach and Georgica Beach (via the amazing Lily Pond Lane) as well as the village! Jog or bike to the beach on some of the most picturesque streets in the Hamptons.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the famous Red Horse Market, numerous restaurants and bars, FlyWheel, spa and beauty treatments, antique and design shops, and a CVS. Just over one mile from the East Hampton train station and .8 miles from the Jitney.

The location is perfect for exploring all of the hamptons - you could not be more centrally located. Just 3.5 miles to Amagansett Village, 5.4 miles to Sag Harbor, 5.9 miles to Bridgehampton, 11 miles to Southampton, and 13 miles to Montauk.
