With over 2,600 square feet of living space, The Haven House offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, and two fully equipped kitchens, making it ideal for larger groups, extended families, or multiple families traveling together.
The open and inviting layout provides space to gather, dine, and unwind after a day exploring Grand Haven. Whether you`re preparing meals, planning a beach day, watching a movie, or simply spending time together, you`ll find all the comforts of home throughout your stay.
Traveling with pets? The Haven House welcomes your four-legged family members and features a fully fenced backyard where pets and children can safely play. Outdoor seating provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the evening, or gather with family and friends after a day on the lakeshore.

- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the home will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Not accessible by wheelchair. As much as we wish we could accommodate this population, the logistics of the house do not allow this accommodation.
- Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
