The ground level is an open area with rope swings and a canoe table suspended under the home, hot tubbing, or sharing stories around a fire pit with your besties on the edge of the water bank. Up the stairs to level 2 you will find a 55` x 14` spacious waterfront covered porch with outdoor kitchen, custom cypress dining table, outdoor pool table and lounging area around a large screen tv and electric fireplace. Indoors on this level is a large, open living dining kitchen room and a laundry room with a half bath. There are 2 master suites on this level with large bathroom that has a walk in shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs offers one more private bedroom that has a private deck overlooking the forest and features an outdoor tub with privacy curtains around the perimeter. On this top level is also a large open loft bedroom with 6 double bunk beds that will sleep 12. Both rooms upstairs will share a large bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. Guests will share the boat launch with our neighboring private rental properties (Cypress Edge and Cypress Bungalow) and the bridge over the water that leads to the treehouse. Also, overflow parking will be shared on the rock lot in front of the Bungalow.
