My Cozy Retreat in the Countryside – Peace and Quiet, Views, and a Lake Just 5 Minutes Away

WELCOME TO MY HOME — IN A NATURAL SETTING

Nestled in a peaceful hamlet 5 minutes from the lake of Vernet-la-Varenne, this house is ideal for a rejuvenating break with family or friends. It offers a pleasant living environment, an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and direct access to the outside to drink a shot in the sun or starry evenings.

This house is my "home", the place where I live and which I have renovated with my own hands. By staying there, you help me finance the next work ;-)

The interior combines the charm of the old and a modern renovation to make you feel "at home".

You will have the opportunity to meet Patate, my cat, who will come by to eat kibble! Thank you for filling his bowl if necessary.

• Upstairs bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
• Sofa bed in the living room for an extra 2-seater
• Mezzanine: possibility to add a 1-seater mattress on the floor
• (Flexible configuration according to your group, for example 3 beds in the room + 1 extra bed of your choice – please let me know when booking)

🧹 End of stay cleaning: 50€ (optional - if you choose to do it yourself, the house must be made perfectly clean, ready to be rented again)
🛁 Sheets: 20€ per room (optional)
🪥 Towels: 5€ per person (optional)
