Unwind and relax in this peaceful countryside escape for 4. A paradise for nature lovers, hikers and cycling fanatics, the property is nestled amongst the rolling hills and lush green forests of southwestern Slovenia.
Quietly situated on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building, the apartment is ideally set up for al fresco living, featuring access to both a shared garden, shared outdoor dining facilities, a shared BBQ area, and a tranquil balcony that\'s perfect for enjoying sunny Slovenian weather.
Inside, the air-conditioned living space is furnished with two single beds, a flatscreen, digital HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a kitchenette equipped with a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Living Room: There are two additional single beds in the living room.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a WC.

The property is situated in the countryside just outside Pivka (a 3-minute drive / 20-minute walk), a small town in southwestern Slovenia, between the country\'s famous Karst region and the Adriatic coast. Guests will find several grocery stores and restaurants in Pivka.
Surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and unique limestone landscapes, it is an excellent destination for nature lovers. Nearby, visitors can discover the seasonal Lake Petelinje (a 9-minute drive / 40-minute walk) and other intermittent karst lakes, a rare natural phenomenon unique to the region.
Pivka is also conveniently located for excursions to Postojna Cave (a 20-minute drive), Predjama Castle (a 30-minute drive), the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana and Summer refreshment by the sea and in the mountains.
The closest international airports are Trieste Airport (TRS) (a 1-hour drive away) and Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (a 1.5-hour drive away).
