Guests may occasionally notice minor quirks typical of an older home, such as a brief delay when turning on certain lights. We simply ask for a little patience as you enjoy this lovingly renovated space. Located in a quiet, established neighborhood with friendly neighbors, this home is best suited for families and groups seeking a fun, relaxing getaway. To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere, parties and loud music are not permitted.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one in the front door and one outside the garage. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 4 vehicles(2 in the driveway and 2 in the street).

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
