Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. To keep the pool in perfect condition, it’s serviced weekly. After rain showers, you may notice some debris in the water—this is completely normal and clears quickly.
