Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Located directly across the street, Otumba Park offers a beautiful waterfront setting with plenty of amenities for guests of all ages. This three-acre park features a sandy beach, playground, picnic shelter with restrooms, tennis courts, basketball court, grills, and convenient waterfront walking paths.
Guests can enjoy stunning views of Green Bay, launch a kayak or canoe from the shoreline, or simply relax by the water. The park also includes accessible features such as a wheelchair-friendly pathway to the waterfront and accessible picnic areas, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the shoreline and scenic surroundings.
Getting Around:
This home is located in downtown Sturgeon Bay, just west of the Steel Bridge and directly across the street from Otumba Park. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Bay Shore Outfitters, Sonny's Pizzeria, Bridge Up Brewing Company, and many other local favorites. Whether you're exploring the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or shopping downtown, everything is just a short stroll away.
