About this house rental
Welcome home! We open the doors of our large family home, nestled in the heart of a one-hectare estate of greenery and pine trees. We have designed this place as a true tribute to the resort: a quiet place to recharge your batteries, while being at the gateway to the effervescence of the ocean. From the lively beaches of Montalivet to the quiet paths of the Gironde marshes, our region offers an exceptional playground for young and old. Put down your suitcases, breathe in the sea air... the holidays start now.
The house is built on a hectare of land including an enclosed part of the garden and then a meadow and a pine wood.
Living room, kitchen, all open with a surface area of 80 m2
3 bedrooms with beds of 160 (firm mattresses) and a dormitory room of 6 beds (4 of 90 and a comfortable sofa bed of 140)
1 bathroom and a separate toilet
1 outdoor shower, the great luxury of the region to rinse off when you return from the beach!
It is located in a very quiet place in the countryside, 2 km from the village of Vendays (post office, tobacconist, 2 bakeries, supermarket, crossroads market, dry cleaner, pharmacy, petrol, ) and 9 km from Montalivet beach.
10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike via the beautiful flat cycle path in the marshes.
The unmissable bonus: Don't miss the famous Montalivet market, the largest in Europe with its 300 exhibitors. It's the perfect place to enjoy fresh oysters accompanied by a glass of local white wine in one of the many huts!
