Located on the 3rd floor of a modern residential development with lift access, the flat has been thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and practicality, making it an excellent choice for solo travellers, couples, business guests, and longer stays alike.
Accommodating up to three guests, you’ll find stylish interiors, natural light, dedicated workspaces, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding cityscape, creating a comfortable base for both work and leisure.
- Living Area: Bright, modern, and inviting, the open-plan living area is designed for both relaxation and everyday living. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a sofa bed for an additional guest, enjoy your favourite shows on the TV, or simply relax after a day exploring London. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors fill the room with natural light throughout the day.
Please note that the sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you.

Check-in & Check-out:
- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour
House Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
