Welcome to Wääfblik Seestraße, your exclusive retreat for a relaxing vacation with an ocean view in Wenningstedt on Sylt.
This light-filled, 138-square-meter property spans three floors and offers space for up to six people in three bedrooms, one of which is reserved for children. From here, you’ll enjoy a prime location, as the fine-sand beach and the refreshing North Sea are just 150 meters away.
The fully equipped, separate kitchen forms the cozy heart of the home. It is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso machine, so that culinary desires become a reality with ease. From the spacious dining table, the view extends into the living area with a sofa nook and a smart TV.
Your comfort is ensured by underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, two walk-in showers, a bathtub, a separate guest restroom, and a private sauna available exclusively for your use. Towels, bed linens, a starter kit, and bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo are, of course, provided for you.
The adjacent garden, with its comfortable patio furniture and a beach chair, invites you to relax and enjoy the North Sea air.
Practical amenities such as a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner, round out the well-thought-out amenities. Take long walks, go jogging, or go Nordic walking along the coast, or explore the surrounding area on a bike ride or mountain bike tour.
