At the beginning, there is a full bathroom with a walk‑in shower and a laundry area. Next is a single bedroom with a 90x200 cm bed. Alongside it are two additional bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed, one of them with a built‑in wardrobe. At the end of the hallway lies the main bedroom, a spacious and bright suite with a 180x200 cm bed, a large walk‑in closet, and a fully equipped en‑suite bathroom.
Returning to the entrance, the right hallway leads to the independent kitchen, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer, and capsule coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the large living‑dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a 60‑inch Smart TV, and a dining space perfect for meetings, work sessions, or relaxed dinners. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
