Just a 600m stroll to Woolloomooloo Wharf's cafes, pubs & restaurants, Woolworths (150m), The Domain (190m), Botanical Gardens, NSW Art Gallery, St Mary's Cathedral (400m), Hyde Park (550m), Macquarie Street (900m) & Potts Point and Kings Cross precincts.
The Space:
Well laid out and appointed quiet apartment, with great light and a north/south cross breeze, and ceiling fans. This is a beautiful, well maintained but old property. Please note that the apartment is on the top floor with 3-4 flights of stairs as only access.
