Our home includes a hot tub, air conditioning, comfortable patio furniture, a game loft, a Harry Potter Closet, bikes, and much more. You can relax and enjoy all of the new luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings of an elegant home. The home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths and is the perfect gathering spot for your family and friends. The home has 2400 sq. ft. and is 2-story with 4 bedrooms + Loft, 3 Bath Home. Downstairs is a Queen Bedroom and full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and family room. Upstairs is the King Master Bedroom, 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, the 4th bedroom with 2 sets of twin beds, a loft with a queen sofa sleeper and game table, and a full bathroom. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children. The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop. There is a TV with a BluRay player in the living room. The king master bedroom has a TV. The queen master bedroom and loft have TVs as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth. The family room has a wood fireplace for those who prefer a more traditional fire. The home also has a garage for your convenience. The upstairs game loft features air hockey and a NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper. There are four adult single-speed 'cruiser' style bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver. A new private hot tub and large patio with BBQ and patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The patio overlooks a large forested area with the bike path in the distance. Pets are not accepted.
