"Christine (S3)" is a 4-room apartment of 105 m2 situated on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2025 and designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The interior is spacious and bright, featuring comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is generously proportioned, offering a dining nook and a sofabed, and leads directly onto a private terrace through a dedicated exit. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom consists of a shower with WC, and there is an additional separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
