We want you to enjoy Golden Breeze comfortably while helping us take care of the apartment, the neighbors’ peace and the building rules. These guidelines help keep the stay safe, pleasant and respectful for everyone.
The building has front desk/security, security cameras in common areas and guest registration procedures. Any damage, building fine or rule violation during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility.
House rules
1. No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.
2. No smoking inside the apartment or on the balconies.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No psychoactive substances allowed.
5. Please take care of furniture, linens, towels, décor, appliances and utensils.
6. Do not remove towels, sheets, utensils or apartment items.
7. Do not move large furniture without authorization.
8. Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving.
9. Air conditioning must be used with doors and windows closed.
10. Any damage caused during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility.
11. The apartment is not suitable for parties or sex tourism.
12. For safety, please be especially careful with balconies and windows, especially when traveling with minors.
Building rules
1. All guests must be registered before entering.
2. The building may request ID.
3. Access wristbands must be worn and returned at check-out.
4. Lost wristband: $5,000 COP per person.
5. Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area.
7. Moderate volume is required in common areas.
8. Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
9. Visitors are only accepted by adding at least 2 additional guests to the reservation, with prior registration.
10. Any fine caused by violating building rules will be the guest’s responsibility.
