The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or extended.
A balcony overlooks the rear of the surrounding buildings, offering a peaceful outdoor space away from the city's bustle.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and fitted storage.
A shower room with WC completes the property.
Thanks to its dual-aspect layout, the apartment benefits from excellent natural ventilation and abundant daylight throughout the day.
