This cottage is a beautifully converted coach house dating back to 1870, full of character and ideally positioned opposite Marble Hill Park. This expansive green space leads directly to the River Thames, offering scenic walks right on your doorstep.
The property comfortably accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms, comprising two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Each room is styled in light, calming tones, with thoughtful touches throughout.
Despite its historic charm, the cottage is modern, warm, and well equipped. Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or outside.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
