In an 1808 building completely renovated in April 2026, the 1808 occupies a studio combining the preserved character of the old with resolutely contemporary comfort. Original terracotta tiles and exposed beams characterize this living space located in Mauléon (Deux-Sèvres), in the immediate vicinity of the city center.

The accommodation benefits from an ideal location, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and services of Mauléon. It also offers a shared outdoor space to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
The accommodations are pleasant in summer with its stone there is no feeling of heat. We have added ventilation for people who want to have forced air but the accommodation always remains cool without electric air conditioning.
