Christine, Alice and Nicolas welcome you to this splendid and large T4 of 125m² (R+1 of a Basque house composed of 2 apartments) with independent entrance on the heights of Briscous.
Calm and serenity for 6/8 pers. (3 bedrooms + 1 quality sofa bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilet).
15 minutes from Bayonne and the beaches.
On the garden side, enjoy a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and a relaxation area SHARED with the first floor apartment, including a large 11x6m swimming pool and a jacuzzi (ideal for 2 adults). Nature and comfort guaranteed!
