Great studio on Crown St, recently refurbished,
Carpet replaced in April 2023.
You will love its wall queen bed (murphy bed), and the great balcony overlooking the city with a glimpse of the harbour and the Opera house!

Great space inside this studio thanks to a brand new Queen wall bed which gives you some space during the day!
Small kitchen with a micro-wave, induction cooktops, a toaster and a kettle,
You can work and do your zoom meetings thanks to a superfast fibre internet connection on the dedicated office area!
To relax, have a drink/meal on the balcony and enjoy this amazing view on the city or you can stay inside and watch the brand new smart TV.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment, no one else will be sharing it.
There is also a rooftop shared with the other residents of the building.

Getting Around:
Near Oxford St and Museum station, it is very easy to get to the city or to the beaches by bus. From the airport by train, Museum station is at a 18 minutes trip and then the apartment is at a 5-10 minutes walk.
Other Things to Note:
There is no parking with the apartment.
If you are coming with your car, you will have to park in the surrounding streets ( limited at 1, 2 or 4 hours during the day), or at the public car park located at the corner of Elizabeth and Goulburn St (4 min walk).
