Split between 2 floors, you will find downstairs the living room with art deco chairs, a flat screen TV, a little balcony, a dining table with chairs and a kitchen,
Upstairs, you will find the bedroom with a balcony with views as well, a comfy Queen bed, storage (wardrobe and a chest with drawers) and the bathroom including toilet and a bath/shower.
This apartment is very quiet and ideal for 2 adults.

You will have access to the whole apartment, no one else will be sharing it with you.
Ideal to rest after long days exploring Sydney.

Full access to the apartment, the laundry (with washing machines and dryers) is shared with the other occupants of the residence and are coins operated.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, near to the trend setting shops in William St and Glenmore Rd. Enjoy Paddington’s famous pubs, galleries and Saturday market, or be spoiled for choice of restaurant when dining at nearby Five Ways. Walking distance to the city, harbour and Woolhara. Easy bus access to the city and Bondi Beach.
Getting Around:
Close to Oxford St, you will find plenty of bus routes to access the city/CBD or on the other way all the eastern beaches (Bondi, Coogee, etc...)

Please note that children under 12 are not allowed to stay at the apartment.
