SMOKING: *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT * $400 Cleaning Fee will be assessed for incurred violation.
GUEST PARKING: Casa Del Mar charges a $25one time Parking/Resort fee per vehicle for up to two vehicles. This is not included in your total on airbnb. You will pay this with card at check in. Check-in at the front desk is open until 10 pm, if you need to arrive after we will provide the after hours number so you can get a parking pass from security. This process is quick and easy. Please understand that this is not included in your total on airbnb, it is a separate fee completely.
PETs: The HOA does not allow any animals or pets.
HOA GUEST RULES: Maximum occupancy per unit at any time is 4 adults and 2 children as per Galveston fire code.
