Christine, Alice and Nicolas welcome you to a single-storey apartment of 110 m², with independent entrance, in a beautiful Basque property (containing 2 apartments) on the edge of the forest. Direct access to the garden and swimming pool from your private terraces. Ideal for 6/8 people in search of nature and relaxation, a few minutes from Bayonne and the beaches. Located on the heights of Briscous, an authentic village in the Basque Country.
The ATLANTIQUE apartment welcomes you with:
Living space:
- Bright living and dining room with comfortable convertible sofa bed (for 2 people).
- Kitchen: Large fully equipped dining kitchen (with integrated washer-dryer).
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed (hotel bedding) with direct access to the outside.
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed + 1 single bed (hotel bedding).
- Independent and intimate alcove with 1 single bed (hotel bedding).
Sanitary facilities:
- 1 shower room with toilet
- 1 independent bathroom with separate toilet.PGJyPg
The apartment ideally accommodates 6 people, and up to 8 people in total.
Outside:
- 2 private terraces on one level (awning and parasol)
