Welcome to our beautifully renovated two-story home — a peaceful, comfortable retreat perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax after exploring the city. Located in historic Capitol Hill, just 1 mile from the Capitol, Library of Congress, Union Station, Eastern Market and Union Market -- you’ll be close to cafés, parks, free museums, and all the best of DC.
The home can sleep up to 8 people and features a cute front yard, elevated front entrance and a spacious covered porch complete with a porch swing, ceiling fan, and secure package delivery box for added convenience.
Inside, the first floor offers a bright and inviting living space with a sleeper sofa, TV with Roku, and plenty of room to unwind. The renovated open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and gathering, while the dining area features a large table that expands to accommodate up to 10 guests. You’ll also find a charming half bath and easy access to the backyard.
Step outside to enjoy the fully enclosed backyard oasis, featuring a gas grill, outdoor dining area, bench seating, sun shades, and a seasonal garden where guests are welcome to pick fresh berries, herbs, and vegetables when available. The yard is private to the house, though it may occasionally be shared if the basement unit is rented during your stay. Interested in renting both spaces together?
