About this apartment rental
Charming Tuscan home in peaceful Pievescola, near Casole d’Elsa. Strategic location between Siena and Florence, close to Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. For exclusive use, me and my family will take care of your stay!
This cozy holiday home combines rustic elegance with modern comfort, bright open spaces, and curated details. Quiet and relaxing, far from tourist crowds, yet with a small supermarket downstairs, pharmacy and large free parking just steps from the house.
🏡 The apartment is on the first floor and spread into two floors. It is divided into:
- 2 double bedrooms with memory mattress
- extra space for 1 extra single bed
- 2 bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower box
- fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- living room with sofa, armchairs and television
- laundry room with washer
