Le Pin Franc - VALEYRAC

Located in Valeyrac, a small village nestled in the north of the Médoc between the estuary, vineyards, and ocean beaches, our gîte Le Pin Franc welcomes you for your stay in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Its location will be ideal for discovering the various riches of the area: the Gironde estuary with its carrelets, the port of Goulée, the Richard Lighthouse, the Verdon sur mer and the Chambrette beach, the wine châteaux, and many more. This recently built house is located approximately 2 kilometers from the village in a hamlet with other homes. You will have a large, fully enclosed garden with parking area. The gîte, entirely furnished on the ground floor, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, dining room and lounge area, two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds, a bathroom (shower), a separate toilet and a storeroom with a washing machine and cleaning equipment. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Sheets and kitchen linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service). Bicycles are available. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
