Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be available upon request and written approval, subject to availability. Approved early check-in is limited to a maximum of 2 hours and is charged at $25 per hour.

➤ CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-out time and must receive written approval. Approved late check-outs are limited to a maximum of 2 hours and are charged at $25 per hour.

➤ LATE CHECK OUT POLICY
Requests submitted less than 24 hours before check-out will generally NOT be accommodated due to cleaner scheduling and incoming guest arrivals. Exceptions may be considered only when there is no same-day check-in scheduled.

A. Guests who remain in the unit past the scheduled check-out time without prior written approval may be subject to a $100 late departure penalty.

B. Any unapproved late check-out is considered a House Rule violation and will result in a $250 fee due to the impact on cleaner scheduling, turnover preparation, operational disruptions, and incoming guest check-in readiness.

C. Additional charges may apply for documented losses, guest compensation, relocation costs, additional cleaning expenses, or other operational impacts caused by the delayed departure.

《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar products inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking. Removing smoke odor, nicotine residue, and associated damage requires extensive cleaning and remediation.

《 PETS 》
Pets are not permitted in this building unless explicitly authorized in writing. Evidence of an unregistered or unauthorized pet will result in a $600 fine.

《 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS 》
Parties, events, gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. There is a $1,000 surcharge charged to guests who are deceitful about the intended use of the property. Guests found hosting parties or events may be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES 》
The property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and noise monitoring devices.
For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with, disabling, covering, unplugging, removing batteries from, or otherwise interfering with these devices is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine per incident will be charged for any violation.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS 》
All guests staying in the property must be registered on the reservation for liability, security, and operational purposes.
A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest, per night will be applied for each unauthorized guest.
Our cleaning schedules, supplies, and inventory are prepared based on the number of registered occupants.

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Exterior security cameras may be installed at building-approved locations, including the exterior door frame.
Under no circumstances may security cameras be removed, covered, disconnected, tampered with, or disabled.
Any violation will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation.
Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not record any private indoor spaces.

《 GARBAGE 》
Please dispose of all garbage in sealed bags using the designated trash chute or trash room.
Do not allow garbage to accumulate inside the unit.
Do not dispose of trash in community amenities or unauthorized areas.
Break down all cardboard boxes before disposal.
Soiled items, including pizza boxes, are not recyclable.
Large boxes and oversized items must be disposed of in designated trash rooms.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked whenever you leave the property and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》
Please turn off lights when not in use and ensure all lights are turned off before departure.

《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》
By confirming this reservation, guests agree to comply with all building rules, community policies, posted notices, and property instructions. Any substantiated complaint from building management, security personnel, residents, or neighbors may result in fines, penalties, or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
Before departure, please:
Wash, clean, and put away all dishes. Dishwashing is not included in the cleaning fee.
Place used towels and linens on the bathroom floor. Remove all trash and dispose of it properly.
Leave the property in good condition. We appreciate guests who help us maintain reasonable cleaning fees and provide an excellent experience for future guests.

《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》
Guests wishing to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. A minimum of 48 hours` notice before check-out is required to extend without penalty. Extension requests made 24–48 hours before check-out will incur an additional fee equal to 50% of the cleaning fee to accommodate cleaner rescheduling. Extension requests made less than 24 hours before check-out will incur an additional cleaning fee. All extension-related fees must be paid before an extension is confirmed.

《 LOST & FOUND POLICY 》
We are happy to assist with lost items; however, we are not a hotel and retrieval requires coordination with our cleaning team. A $100 handling fee, plus all applicable shipping costs, will apply to returned items. Retrieval and shipping timelines may vary based on staff availability.
