About this house rental
The fully equipped kitchen has an Aga cooker, separate oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room table can seat up to eight guests and has a full view of the surrounding Dorset countryside.
This is Thomas Hardy country, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just off the Wessex Ridgeway walkers' path, set in the hills and woods of central Dorset. The Jurassic Coast with its dramatic cliffs, coves and beaches is only a half an hour drive away, and within easy reach of Greygles are numerous quaint villages, ancient abbeys and castles, wonderful gardens, lovely old towns, and even a tank museum.
Greygles is an old Dorset word for the bluebells that abound in the local woods in Spring, and a stroll to the nearby pub at Ansty affords you an opportunity to enjoy the flora and fauna along the way.
