A video doorbell camera at the front entrance and a camera in the driveway, both for exterior monitoring only. There are no indoor cameras anywhere in the property.

A noise monitoring sensor is also installed inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and neighborhood guidelines.



Please note that no audio or video is recorded inside the home. These devices are in place solely to ensure a safe and respectful environment for our guests and neighbors.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine plus costs for odor removal.

💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.

🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

🐾 No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine plus extra cleaning fees.

🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).



🚘 Getting Around & Parking

• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

• Overflow parking is not permitted.

• Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.
