A former barn, recently restored by the owners, features a large living area comprising a lounge with a corner sofa and a swiveling television that can be positioned either in the lounge or dining area. There is also a dining area with a table and six chairs, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
A step leads to the bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). Another step leads to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooking the living room offers a queen-size bed (160x200cm).
Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and, most notably, a private hot tub. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. Nestled between wooded valleys and iconic sites of the Périgord region, Journiac charms visitors with its rural character and proximity to major tourist attractions. The cottage comfortably accommodates four people, ideal for a getaway for two or a family, with a private spa for relaxing and unwinding. Just a few kilometers away, the Lascaux caves, the village of Le Bugue, the Périgord Noir Aquarium, and the Bournat Zoo offer a wealth of discoveries. Hiking, canoeing on the Vézère River, and gourmet markets round out a stay rich in experiences.
