On the first floor:

• A relaxation area with a sofa and a TV
• A bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower
• A separate toilet
A travel crib is also available for your use.
Outside, you'll find an 800-square-meter fenced-in garden with a barbecue and a large 120-square-meter terrace with a table and six chairs at the front of the house, and another table with two additional chairs on the side of the house. From this second outdoor dining area, you’ll have access to an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas stove and a sink. Finally, a wood-fired cooking area at the back of the garden will allow you to fully enjoy your outdoor meals.
An outdoor paid parking lot with space for up to 5 vehicles is available
