The flat sleeps up to two guests in one bedroom with a king-size bed. It has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and is set on the first floor of the building with stairs access only.

Bloomsbury is one of London’s most charming central neighbourhoods, known for its garden squares, literary history, elegant streets and cultural landmarks. Spend the day exploring the British Museum, browsing the independent shops and cafés of Lamb’s Conduit Street, wandering through Russell Square or heading into Holborn for theatres, restaurants and easy access to the West End. Clerkenwell is also nearby, offering a brilliant mix of design-led dining, historic pubs and creative energy. The flat is well connected by Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Holborn stations. Chancery Lane offers the Central line, Russell Square offers the Piccadilly line, and Holborn offers both the Central and Piccadilly lines, making it easy to reach Oxford Street, Covent Garden, King’s Cross St Pancras, Heathrow, the City and many of London’s best-known sights.

*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
