You'll be staying in a one-room apartment for two people with approximately 37 m² of living space on the second floor, equipped with Wi-Fi.
Living/sleeping area with a comfortable double fold-out bed and LCD TV, a double sofa bed, and a separate dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, and a Senseo coffee maker for a great cup of coffee.
Bathroom with shower, heated towel rack, and toilet.

The Residenz Knechtsand is a well-maintained vacation apartment complex in a quiet location on the edge of the Duhner Heide and, with a total of 56 vacation, it can accommodate one to six people.
Various recreational facilities are available within the complex, including a table tennis room and a children’s playground. The swimming pool at Haus Rotesand, located just about 50 meters away, can be used free of charge. Additionally, for a fee, guests can use a steam room on the premises as well as a Finnish sauna at the neighboring Haus Medemsand.

The building has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Storage space in the bike basements is limited, so we recommend that you avoid bringing high-end e-bikes if possible. A bike rental shop is located in the nearby Kurparkresidenz; H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chairs can be rented at attractive rates, subject to availability; early reservation by phone is recommended.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
