You will have a view of the lake from all the living rooms
The house is composed of 2 master suites with their bathroom and toilet, 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a laundry room will offer you the comfort necessary for the smooth running of your stay
You have the living room and dining room for 10 people upstairs as well as a living room and a dining table on the terrace upstairs.
Open equipped kitchen, 80 cms induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster....
In the laundry room on the first floor you have washing machine and dryer, as well as a second fridge freezer.
The air conditioning is independently adjustable per room.
Children can go swimming in the supervised swimming area, 20m from the house.
Cycle paths are 50m away, restaurants 100M
There is also a bus stop to go to or from Bordeaux at 50M
Lively during the day, the place is very quiet in the evening and you can take advantage of the terraces upstairs and the meeting place for lunch and dinner in peace.
