About this house rental
Hi, I'm Claudia! I'm retired, and I love welcoming families and friends to this mountain home near Red Rocks. Bring the whole gang: there's room for everyone, big views, a hot tub, and lots of ways to spend time together.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Rates are based on the total number of guests at the house during your stay, not just overnight guests, so please include everyone when you send your request. During peak season I ask for a minimum of 12 guests. Smaller group with your heart set on the house? Send me a message before booking and we will see what we can work out.
THE HOUSE
A 7,000+ sq ft mountain home on 3 private acres in the foothills near Evergreen, with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and room for up to 25 guests across three levels. Wraparound decks with panoramic views, a sun-drenched solarium, a patio and fenced yard, and plenty of cozy corners for family reunions, birthdays, reunions of old friends, and mountain getaways any time of year.

FUN FOR EVERYONE
Soak in the saltwater hot tub with mountain views. Shoot a game of pool, play ping pong, challenge someone at the Pac-Man arcade, or pour a drink at the speakeasy-style bar. Movie night is a 120-inch projector screen with surround sound, and there are 4 smart TVs with Chromecast, Sonos sound and smart lighting throughout. The massive lower-level lounge fits the whole group.
FOR MUSIC LOVERS
There's a professional recording studio and a music room full of instruments to explore: a vintage Ludwig drum set, a professional microphone collection, electric and acoustic guitars, a Hofner violin bass, keyboards and synthesizers, ukuleles, a vintage accordion and an upright piano.

Wraparound deck, patio, fenced yard and BBQ grill, with big views in every direction.
MAKING LIFE EASY
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a 2-car garage with a Tesla EV charger.

10 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 10 minutes to Evergreen, 30 minutes to downtown Denver, 50 minutes to DIA, and about an hour to Breckenridge and Keystone.
