We welcome you to Dax, a renowned spa town, for a leisure trip or a couples' wellness retreat, for which we offer a special rate. Our rental enjoys a prime location, just steps from the nearest shops and only 2 km from the thermal baths and the historic town center. A shuttle to the thermal baths is 50 meters away. Gallo-Roman remains, Art Deco buildings, the banks of the Adour River, the Roman arena, the Place de la Fontaine Chaude (Hot Fountain Square)... this is just a glimpse of the city's many attractions. And don't forget that the ocean, the Basque Country, and Spain are easily accessible for wonderful day trips. Our apartment is located in a historic house that has been divided into three separate units. With its stone and half-timbered construction, the building is unique and a rare find in the town. You will also appreciate the natural setting with its large, wooded park. An outdoor table and chairs are available. Located on the upper floor, it has private access via an external staircase. Our PATXI apartment is air-conditioned, spacious, and functional. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people. This one-bedroom apartment comprises: - a large living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi, double sofa bed), dining area, and open-plan kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - a double bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm) - a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and water, electricity, and heating are included. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.
