Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay. There is 1 exterior parking space with additional street parking available nearby. Guests will receive a digital code for keyless entry prior to arrival.
Please note that this condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs.

*Before You Book*
Maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests: $46/night per guest after the first 3 guests. The names of all guests aged 18 and over staying at the property must be provided and finalized before your reservation is accepted. Any changes to the guest list must be approved by the host in advance. Please review the house rules before booking.
*Pet Policy*
Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an applicable pet fee. Before booking, please provide your dog's name, breed, weight, and confirmation that vaccinations are up to date. The dog fee is $9/per dog per day ($252 for a min. 28-day stay). A higher cleaning fee may apply depending on the condition of the property after your stay.
All pet elimination must take place outdoors. Guests must clean up after their pets daily and leave no trace. Pet potty pads are not permitted. The deck may not be used for pet relief. Excessive barking should be addressed promptly to avoid disturbing neighbors. Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
*Check In & Check Out*
Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. Early check in may be available for $80, subject to availability and prior approval. Late check out may be available for $95, subject to availability and prior approval. Reservation extensions may also be available when the calendar allows. Please inspect the property within 24 hours of arrival and report any concerns or damage. I recommend taking a short video before unpacking for your records.
*Winter Information*
During the winter months, the private deck must be shoveled following snowfall. If you need assistance, please contact the host and I will be happy to help when possible.
*Fireplace*
The fireplace is ornamental only and is not available for guest use.
*Additional House Rules*
1. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on the deck, or within 150 feet of any entrance. Please leave no trace. Guests are responsible for any smoke remediation costs resulting from smoking in violation of the house rules.
2. Cats, glitter, firearms, and flags are not permitted on the property.
3. Please help reduce waste by breaking down packaging before placing it in the garbage, including cereal boxes, milk jugs, soda cans, and similar items.
4. Packing materials and cardboard boxes are not permitted in the garage receptacle. Please flatten and collect boxes, or contact the host if you need assistance taking them to recycling.
5. Garbage must be placed out before 9:00 AM on Thursdays. Please avoid filling the garbage container immediately after collection day.
6. Security cameras must not be covered, and the WiFi must not be turned off during your stay.
7. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.
8. Guests are responsible for locksmith fees resulting from lockouts or lost access caused during their stay.
