The location and price were good. However, I think the owners are new to VRBO and have a few things to think through. Some basics were missing, such as dish sponge and paper towels. The previous renter used a washcloth to wash dishes, this resulted in many of the put away dishes being dirty. I was washing everything before using it. The showers also needed a better clean. I cleaned before my daughter was willing to use the shower.The mattresses are very firm, as are the couches. I found it hard to be comfortable.
