As the apartment is located in a central area of Mexico City, you may hear typical city noise during the day and part of the evening, including traffic, street activity, and the natural movement of an urban neighborhood.

- The reserving guest must send a photo of his/her ID prior to arrival, as well as that of all persons who will be staying with him/her. IDs of minors are not required.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- It is forbidden to remove makeup or remove any substance with bath towels, if any is stained will be charged accordingly.
- If you plan to receive visitors, please let us know one day in advance. It will also be very important that you provide us with a picture of your ID.
- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, keep quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Please keep the front door closed at all times.
