About this apartment rental
This cozy, stylish one-bedroom apartment features the largest private patio/balcony in the building, as shown in the photos. The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill, a standing heater, and comfortable seating.
I live here most of the year and personally designed the apartment with new furniture and original artwork. It is conveniently located across the street from the J and M trains at the Hewes Street stop, and about a 10-minute walk from the L and G trains.
The bedroom has one climate-control unit, and the living room has two, so the apartment reaches your preferred temperature quickly. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities on the first floor, and a dry cleaner in the building. The neighborhood is filled with excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and other local amenities.
